Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on September 22, 2022 and concluded on September 23, 2022.
There were 35 children present with 7 staff supervising and administrative staff present at the program. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and
supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of
4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
