Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on May 1, 2023 and concluded on May 8, 2023.
There were 39 children present with 8 staff supervising and administrative staff present at the program. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and
supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of
6 child records and 4 staff/volunteer records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
