Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on October 2, 2023 from 10:11 am until 11:14 am and concluded on October 3, 2023.There were 22 children present with 8 staff supervising and administrative staff present at the program. The inspector completed observations of the children in their classroom working in various center activities, and interacting with their peers and staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 4 staff/volunteer records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
