Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 15, 2024 from 1:30 pm until 2:42 pm and concluded on February 20, 2024.There were 23 children present with 6 staff supervising and administrative staff present at the program. The inspector completed observations of the children in care napping, transition from napping, eating snack, completing handwashing/bathroom breaks, participating in circle time, preparing for parent pick up and dismissal, and interacting with peers and staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
