Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 6/20/2024 from 11:20am- 2:15pm. At the time of entrance, 96 children, ages 4 to 13 years of age, were in care with 10 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 10children?s records5 staff records and background checks for 5 newly hired staff.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
