A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/05/2022. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with caregivers. The Inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 3 Caregiver/Household records. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a record review the licensee did not ensure all required information was kept for each child.

Based on a record review the licensee did not ensure all caregivers had a repeat tuberculosis screening, every 2 years since the date of the last screening.
