Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 02/28/2022 and concluded on 03/01/2022. There were 6 children in care and 1 resident child present with the provider supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, household members, physical environment and equipment, care of children, preventing spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 4 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence:
Peeling paint was observed on the lower part of one wall, accessible to children.
