Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/08/2022. There were a total of 7 children (14 points) observed with 1 caregiver.. The children were engaged in the following: toy play and coloring, . The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
5Evidence: A portable wading pool was filled with water outside of the basement door. The children were not currently using the portable wading pool.
Evidence: A container of Clorox wipes was on a child sized chair at the children's table.
Evidence: Electrical outlets throughout the space designated space for children did not have child-resistant protective covers on unused electrical outlets.
Evidence: There was no fire extinguisher available in the house. The provider stated that she didn't think she needed one anymore.
Evidence: The provider stated that she did the drills for 2021 however, she could not find the sheet that had the documentation for the drills.
