Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on May 7, 2025 and completed on May 7,2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on May 5, 2025 relating to a child injury requiring outside medical attention. At the time of the injury there were 19 children and 3 staff present. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
