Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on July 29, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:20 pm and ended at 1:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were nine children present and two caregivers; the point total was eighteen. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review, facility did not ensure 1 of 2 caregivers has an updated negative TB test screening ever 2 years.
