An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was on March 6, 2025 and completed on March 6, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:40 AM and ended at 9:30 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 1caregiver; the point total was 15 The inspector reviewed children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on site.7
