Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 18, 2021 and concluded on November 19, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were six children present with two caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records, one caregiver and one household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: The record for caregiver #1 has a most recent Central Registry Check completed January 8, 2016. The record for household member #1 has a most recent Central Registry Check completed April 19, 2016. The Central Registry Checks were not updated every five years.
