Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on Monday, October 16, 2023 10:14 am until 11:35 am and completed on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.There were 30 children present ranging from 3 years-5 years with 6 staff supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children participating in circle time activities, working in centers, and engaged in outdoor playground activity. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
