Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on October 16, 2023 10:14 am until 11:35 am and completed on October 2023 . There were 30 children present with 6 staff supervising. The inspector completed observation of the children in care participating in circle time activities, centers, and engaged in outdoor playground activities. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
