An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10-24-2024 and completed on 11-6-2024. The on-site inspection began at (1:45pm and ended at 3:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records electronically between 10-28-2024 and 11-1-2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
