Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/18/2024 and completed on 7/18/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:51AM and ended at 11:29AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 62 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included ?

?document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
?tour of the facility,
?interviews,
?observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 7/23/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. The cabinet containing cleaning solutions in classroom G was unlocked and accessible to children during the inspection on 7/18/24.

Cribs, cots, rest mats and beds shall be identified for use by a specific child. Licensing inspector observed 18 cots not labeled in classroom B during the inspection on 7/18/24.
