Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was initiated and concluded on May 24, 2022. There 30 children in care ages three years through five years old with six staff. Children's and staff records were reviewed. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities including but not limited to outside play and nap time.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
