An unannounced inspection was initiated on 9/14/2023 and concluded on 9/20/2023 in regards to a self-reported incident. The inspector reviewed compliance in supervision and staff training. Staff and collateral witnesses were interviewed, and documentation was reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
