Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was initiated on 2/1/2024 and concluded on 2/1/2024 from 11:50 AM to 12:25 AM. There were 15 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5, with four staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and procedures. A total of five children?s records and six staff?s records were reviewed virtually.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
