An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 6/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 AM and ended at 12:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present with 3 staff. Closed for the summer. The inspector reviewed children?s enrollment record forms and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included:
