Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 12/10/2025 and completed on
12/10/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:45am and ended at 12:00pm . The inspector reviewed
compliance in the areas listed above. There were 48 children present with 7 staff. The inspector
reviewed 5 children's records and 5 staff records on-site.. This inspection included document
review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
