Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on September 7, 2022 from 11:10 a.m. through 12:20 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 14children in the care of 3staff. Four children and seven staff records were reviewed and update. No violations were found during this inspection. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for two children.
