An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted with another agency in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 5/16/22. Interviews were conducted with staff and videos observed relating to allegations of supervision. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
