Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/12/2024 and concluded on 3/12/2024. There were 32 children present with eight staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care, and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four children records and four staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 12:05 pm and concluded at 01:20 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
