Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/18/2026 and completed on 3/12/2026 with local law enforcement and Department of Social Services in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/17/2026 relating to allegations of Administration, Programs, and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child?s record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to Staff Qualifications and Training and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

One staff member who meets the qualifications of a program leader was not regularly present in the Nursery classroom.
Plan of Correction: Two additional staff members now have qualifications that meet program leader in the Nursery classroom.
