Inspector Notes

A code compliance inspection was conducted on October 27, 2023 from approximately 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. There were 45 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 4 years, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 6 children's records and 6 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, and interview, the center failed to follow the staff to child ratios of one staff member to 10 children from ages 36 months to five years.
Evidence: Classroom #1 contained 1 staff with 13 children ages four to five years. Staff #1 and staff #2 confirmed that there were 13 children with 1 staff member.
