Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/18/2024 and completed on 12/18/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/11/2024 relating to allegations of ratios. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
