The Licensing Inspector for First Presbyterian Church day care conducted an unannounced RECDC Monitor Inspection on Thursday, May 9, 2024. Licensing Inspector arrived & started inspection at 10:55 am and concluded at 1:25 pm. There were a total of forty-eight (48) children ages 14 months - 4 years old present under the direct care and guidance of nine (9) staff members. Licensing Inspector reviewed 7 children records and 8 staff records during the on-site inspection.

Areas of non-compliance and the risk assessment for each violation found during today?s inspection were reviewed with the Center Director during the exit interview on May 9, 2019. If you have any questions, the Licensing Inspector for this facility can be reached at (540) 309-2397.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected.
