Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on April 15, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:50 pm and ended at 1:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
