Inspector Notes
An unannounced, monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/26/2026 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 3/19/2026 relating to forbidden actions and supervision. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
