An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 9/9/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (14) children present and (4) staff. The inspector reviewed (3) children?s records and (4) staff records. This inspection included.

Based on a review of staff records, 1 staff does not have results from a tuberculosis screening at least every 2 years from the last test.
Evidence: Staff #1 does not have a current tuberculos screening, the last test was dated 8/18/2022.
Plan of Correction: Staff will obtain the copy of the current TB results.
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A
Based on a review of children records, 1 child's record did not have documentation of the child's physical and immunization record.
Evidence: Child #1, date of enrollment 10/1/2022 did not have documentation of a physical and immunization record.
Plan of Correction: The parents will provide a copy of the physical and immunizations.
