Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/01/2024 from 10:15am to 10:45am with the Provider. There were 6 children ages 3 years old to age 5 years old (11 points) with the Provider. The physical plant, outdoor play area, programming, attendance, menus, Provider and Household member records, 6 children?s records, 1 medication with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in outside play, calendar activities, spelling and writing activities. Handwashing procedures were also observed. He Provider had current CPR and First Aid certification and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training.
