Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/02/2022. 2 children (6pts) were in attendance with the Provider. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, caregiver training records and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. One child was napping and the other child was observed interacting with the Provider, reading a book. Age appropriate materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
