Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 11/15/2022, from 11:35AM to 12:05PM. 3 children (7pts) were directly supervised by 1 caregiver. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, 2 children?s records, caregiver/household member records, first aid supplies and attendance were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing outside, working together in a group counting activity, engaging with the caregiver and interacting with each other. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
