Inspector Notes

This renewal inspection was initiated on 11/4/21 using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review, and interviews. This inspection concluded on 11/8/21 with an in-person inspection at the center.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Forty seven children and nine staff were present during the inspection.
Three staff and two children's records were reviewed.

The fire inspection is dated 11/1/21 and the health inspection is dated 9/9/21.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
