Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. In classroom A hazardous substances such as Spray & Go disinfectant were unlocked in the cabinet under the sink and hazardous substances such as Clorox Spray were unlocked in the cabinet above the sink.
Plan of Correction: The cabinets both have locks. The staff will be reminded to keep them locked when not in use.
