Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/18/2023 from approximately 1:36 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards or laws.
