Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/4/2023 beginning at 11:15 a.m. and ended at 12:45 p.m. with the interim director and staff. There were 37 children in care ranging in age from 7 months through 4 years old age under the care and supervision of 9 staff. Children were observed during outdoor play, transition time, during lunch and preparing for nap. Infants were observed having play time. Classrooms, supplies and materials were observed.

An inspection was conducted on 10/5/2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. to review documentation, emergency supplies and medication.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
