Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/29/2021 and concluded on 08/04/2021. The provider was contacted by email. A virtual inspection was conducted on 8/4/2021 using FaceTime. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 4 years with 2 staff supervising. The point total was within ratios for supervision (18 points). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and staff health records were reviewed. Lunch served today was bologna and cheese sandwich, carrot sticks, bananas and pretzels. No medication was reported to be on-site today. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
