Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was completed on 02/21/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing inspector on 02/13/2025 relating to allegations of care, food/nutrition and programming materials. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
