Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/10/2023 from 11:00 am to 2:55 pm. There were 125 children in care, ages 5 months to 7 years, in 14 groups under the care of 38 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed five children?s records, six medications, and four staff records, and other program records. The children were observed on the playground, having lunch, and free play indoors.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
