During the inspection, the licensing representatives reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/17/2025. The Department issued a Notice of Intent to Deny Renewal of the License on August 08/11/2025, as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 12:16 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 137 children present and 39 staff. The licensing representatives reviewed 5 staff records on-site.
The inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
