Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 02/05/2026. The Department entered into a Consent Agreement with the facility on 11/03/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:20 am and ended at 12:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 147 children present and 10 staff. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
