Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in person tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on May 31, 2022 and concluded on June 1, 2022. There were 2 children present with1 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on observation and vendor interviews, the vendor did not ensue to maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.

Evidence: The attendance sheet had 6 children's names listed. There were two children observed in care during the inspection. Only one child's name had the arrival time documented.
Plan of Correction: The vendor will document arrival time.
