Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 15, 2023 from 10:25 AM to 11:40 AM. At the time of entrance, 2 children (age range 2 to 3) totaling 4 points were in care with 1 provider. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 1 provider records. Children were observed watching tv, playing freely and eating.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Inspection was updated on June 12, 2024 due to technical error.
Violations
5Evidence: The bottom cabinet in the restroom was accessible to the children incare and there was a container of disinfectant and cleaner. These items were labeled "keep out of reach of children" and labeled with at least one other statement "warning", "flammable" and "hazardous".
Evidence: There was candle burning on the stove and accessible to the children in care.
Evidence: Child #2 was observed eating on 2 separate occasions and did not wash their hands prior to eating.
Evidence: The record for Child #4 had a parents review date signed on 4-20-2021.
Evidence: The providers most recent documentation of an emergency update is dated 2016.
