An unannounced, on-site focused)inspection was initiated on 9-4-2024 and completed on 9-11-2024, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection on 9-4-2024 began at 1:50pm and ended at 2:10pm and on 9-11-2024 it began 4:45pm and ended at 5:00pm.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above. The inspector reviewed (4) children?s records related to transportation documentation. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
