Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was concluded on 12-9-2024 and concluded on 12-9-2024. There was 1 children present with 1 provider supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor is required to keep a current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in each room or area where children are present. The records for Child #2 and Child #4 have allergies (hay fever and Rocephin) noted by physician and parents. There was no written list of children?s names listing their allergies.
Plan of Correction: A Allergy list was created and completed listing Child #2 and Child #4 allergies.
