Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 2/7/22. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
