Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director from10:10 am to 11:20 am. The director was present with two additional staff and 10 children, who were in the gym playing ball games. This week is Spring break and the center is open all day. Eight medications were reviewed for five children . Two staff and six children's files were reviewed as well. There were no violations issued during this inspection.
