Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/4/2023 at 4:10pm. There were 19 school-agers directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, 2 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group and individual activities, and socializing with other children and staff. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
